In this paper we study the Rota-Baxter operator P on the algebra t(n, F) of upper triangular matrices. By the associative algebra t(n, F), the Rota-Baxter operator P on t(n, F), and linear function f, we obatin 3-Lie algebra (t(n, F), [, , ]f,P ).
