In traditional decision-making, project planning and material ordering were considered as separate problems. However, it should be noted that integrated planning of the above problems can significantly improve the execution costs of projects. This improvement has been given great attention in recent years. Therefore, the authors would like to provide interested readers with a brief review of the relevant problem literature from its beginnings to the present day in order to examine the development history. The review aims to show branches for further developments by filling the existing gaps.
