Neurological disorders are diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system. In this Review, It has been analysed epigenetic changes present in neurological diseases and discussed its therapeutic potential. The article has reviewed advances and considers approaches that may provide hope for alleviation of the disorders. This also reviews in this supplement focus on the neurobiology of a variety of these diseases of the central nervous system (CNS), including epilepsy, Alzheimer’s disease (AD), Parkinson’s disease (PD) and multiple sclerosis (MS).
