In this study, heat, noise and vibration of a three-axle bus manufactured according to American regulations were determined. Insulation designs were created according to heat level, intensity of noise and vibration and frequency. Comfort conditions inside the bus and the American regulations for the outside of the bus were considered. Heat sources of the bus were identified. Insulations that can prevent the heat generated by these sources from entering the passenger cabin and other highly affected areas. Noise and vibration maps of the bus were created according to intensity, wavelength and frequency of noise. Using this data, further insulation designs were developed to make the bus more comfortable and quieter.
