Introduction: Infertility is extremely common, affecting approximately one in four couples, and associated with high rates of stress, anxiety and depression. In fact today we have 187 million people diagnosed with unexplained infertility. It is unclear if pre-morbid mental health issues increases infertility risk, although recent evidence suggests that psychological intervention improves conception rates. Complementary Therapies (CT) reduce anxiety in sub-fertile women, it is showing great promise that CT leads to increased conception rates of 55% or greater and produces positive results within a six months timescale.
Methods: This is a description of a CT intervention for infertility. The proprietary intervention is a combination of reflexotherapy, profound visualization techniques, and the art of revision, meditation, and psychological discovery. Three case studies will be presented to illustrate the interventional process involved.
Results: Of 1,374 clients, all diagnosed with unexplained infertility, attending the clinic over a 13-years period. Only three dropped out of the program to date 1,371 conceptions. 1,277 safe healthy deliveries with 100% live birth rate. All births to date have been normal vaginal deliveries. 94 patients are currently pregnant and due to give birth in the next six months.
I have developed a method and mastered the art of helping clients overcome infertility to conceive in an easy effortless way avoiding further unnecessary trauma. Everything happens for a reason. There is a very specific reason for each and every individual case of infertility. Three cases will be discussed, each of whom had unsuccessfully been trying to conceive for 6 years to 14 years with multiple rounds of unsuccessful in-vitro fertilization. Each of these clients had successful deliveries of healthy babies after less than a year of utilizing this CT approach, including imagery use, visualization techniques, post graduate level reflexology and mental rehearsal.
Conclusion: This description of a reflexotherapy-based CT approach to infertility has thus far had a high live birth rate and shows promise as a novel holistic approach to infertility. This technique is increasingly proving reliable.
